Turn a pension book into advised relationships

Most of the customers in it were never advised because a meeting never paid for itself. Quantfolio Platform makes advising them economical: digital flows for the long tail, advisors where it pays, one compliant record across both.

The same flow, advisor-led or self-service

Build the flow once. Advisors run it in the office, and the same flow, published as a link, lets a customer do it themselves. That is what makes advising the whole book affordable, and both versions produce the same documented recommendation.

  1. 01

Advise the customers a meeting can't pay for

The public version of the flow profiles the customer, produces the recommendation, generates the report and takes the signature, with no advisor time on it.

  2. 02

    Advice you can defend

A digital recommendation is tested the same way an advisor's is. If it does not suit the customer, it does not go out.

  3. 03

Advice only from your own shelf

Recommendations are drawn from the portfolio collection you publish, and each product carries the wrapper types it can be held in, so a pension product lands in the right account by itself.

  4. 04

    One record, digital or advised

Profile, recommendation, disclosures and signature land on the same customer record whichever channel produced them, and every step is logged.

A page of a suitability report: the client's goal, the risk profile behind it, and why the recommended portfolio fits. The public version of a flow on a phone: 'What's this for?', with Retirement chosen from the goal types.
A customer sets up their own advice on a phone, here choosing Retirement as the goal. The same flow writes the suitability report, which records the goal, the risk profile and why the recommended portfolio fits.

What an insurer uses from the platform

  • FlowsSelf-service for the long tail, advisor-led where a meeting pays, and the same checks on both.
  • ComplianceCompliance by design: the rules run inside every flow rather than after it, with approvals before advice goes out and completed advice sampled afterwards.
  • Investment engineYour product shelf and its wrapper types, with the risk models and capacity checks that decide what fits a customer.
  • PDF templatesSuitability reports and disclosures in your branding, with a built-in signing solution.
  • Accounts and ordersAccounts, saving plans and recurring contributions, created from the signed advice.
  • IntegrationsHoldings and customer data from your policy and pension systems, over the API, webhooks or MCP.
  • AIAgents fill flows, log activities and prep meetings, inside the same checks as an advisor.

See it on a customer segment like yours.

We'll take a case from the first meeting to the signed document, and go through how your own products and rules would fit.
