Wealth managers

Win more clients.
Prove every one of them.

Quantfolio Platform finds your next client, runs the compliant advice from the first meeting to the signed document, and keeps the firm's evidence for it in one place.

What changes

You didn't start a firm to spend the week on paperwork

An advisor's week fills up with forms: onboarding, suitability, the advice document, the follow-ups in between. Quantfolio Platform does that work as the meeting happens, so the hours go back to the clients and the evidence still lands in the file.

  1. 01

    Find the next client

Agents can run on a schedule or when something happens. Set one to watch for the events that move money, such as a company sale, a retirement or an inheritance, and have it bring you the names with the outreach drafted for your review.

  2. 02

    Notes in, advice out

Laptop notes, a photographed notepad page or a recorded conversation: Quantfolio Platform reads all three, summarises the meeting onto the client record, fills in what the advice needs, and flags the gaps before they turn into rework. Each advisor keeps their own way of working.

  3. 03

    Compliant by design

Suitability, risk limits and investment capacity are checked as the advice is put together. If something breaks a limit, the advice cannot be completed. Some limits cannot be waived at all; where your policy allows a deviation, the advisor has to justify it in writing, and that justification can be printed in the advice document.

  4. 04

One platform instead of several contracts

CRM, onboarding, KYC and advice in one place, instead of a separate contract for each. Or keep the CRM you have and let Quantfolio Platform work against it.

Process of an advice flow with every step completed: submitted, PDF, compliance, external approval, completed. The flow instance is final and locked.Digital signatures: the suitability report signed by Erik Holmberg on 14.09.2026, with his signature and a signed status.Activity log: signature requested digitally, documents signed, process completed, then accounts and orders: one account updated, eight orders created, one savings plan and one recurring order created.
One flow from meeting to signed advice. Every step is complete and the flow is locked, the client signed the suitability report digitally, and the activity log shows the orders the flow created.

What a wealth manager uses from the platform

  • ClientsClient records, activities and documents in one place, or run against the CRM you already have.
  • FlowsOnboarding and KYC, suitability and advice, reviews and offers: each one modelled as its own flow, or combined where that suits you.
  • Investment engineThe funds and model portfolios you have approved, with the risk models and bounds that decide what fits a client.
  • AIAgents that fill flows from your notes, prep client meetings and log the follow-up.
  • ComplianceAn area of its own for whoever holds compliance: client screening, approvals before advice goes out, and spot checks on what has been completed.
  • PDF templatesAdvice reports in your branding, with a built-in signing solution.
  • 3rd party solutionsWhereby for meeting links and transcription, Idura for eID, Morningstar for fund data and MCP.

See it on a case like yours.

We'll take an advice case from the first meeting to the signed document, and go through how your own products and rules would fit.
