For employees of Quantfolio's customer (“Customers employees”):

• To provide customer support.

For sales prospects and potential candidates:

• To provide you with information that may be of interest and important in regards to Us and DAP.

• To contact you to set up a meeting
   

For website visitors (outside categories above):

• To provide you with information that may be of interest and important in regards to Us and DAP.
   

If you have given us consent for “Marketing communication”, which you can revoke at any time, we in in addition to the above collect data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.

 

Retention of Data

Quantfolio AS will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Quantfolio AS will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Personal Data will be deleted when deemed not necessary in Quantfolio's yearly privacy assessment.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children").
