Bring AI into advice without rebuilding your compliance controls

Advisors, client-facing links, your own systems over the API and AI agents all run the same flows. Your rules are enforced server-side at submit on every one of those channels.

Where generic AI stops is where your risk starts

Generic AI vendors hand over the capability and leave the regulatory exposure with you. A general assistant can draft an advice document; it cannot stop one. Quantfolio Platform puts the checks inside the advice itself, so an agent meets the same blocks as an advisor.

  1. 01

The same block on every channel

An agent can propose; only the platform can permit. The checks apply on every channel, advisor-led or client-facing, and a breach blocks completion rather than raising a warning nobody reads.

  2. 02

Advice only from your own shelf

Recommendations are drawn from the portfolio collection assigned to that flow: your funds, your model portfolios, your house view. Neither an advisor nor an agent can propose anything outside it.

  3. 03

Sits on top of your systems, runs in Europe

Clients, positions and documents come from your systems over the API, with SSO against your own identity provider. Hosting is in the EU, and the models are EU-hosted or your own.

  4. 04

    More time with clients

Advisors spend less of the week on documentation. Notes, photographed pages and recordings are summarised straight into the advice.

Risk assessment in a flow: time horizon 10 years or more, medium risk tolerance, and an adjustment question answered 'I will get uneasy but not sell'. Result: initial 5, adjustment minus 1, final 4, Medium Risk.Risk bounds for risk score 4 marked Breach: equity share 100% against a maximum of 52%, volatility 17% against a maximum of 8.5%, with a choice to accept the deviation or block the advice.
The risk questions give this client a score of 4. The proposed portfolio breaches the bounds for that score, with equity at 100% against a maximum of 52%, so the flow stops. It only continues with a justified deviation or a different portfolio.

What a bank uses from the platform

  • ComplianceCompliance by design: the rules run inside every flow rather than after it, with approvals before advice goes out and completed advice sampled afterwards.
  • ClientsPersons, companies and groups, including representatives.
  • FlowsOnboarding and KYC, suitability and advice, reviews and offers, each modelled as its own flow, with the same rules on every channel.
  • Investment engineYour funds, model portfolios and house view as the collection a flow draws from, with the risk models and bounds that go with them.
  • AIModels from an EU-hosted list, guardrails you set, and agents that work through the same flows.
  • IntegrationsRuns on top of your core systems over APIs, webhooks, MCP and SSO.
  • 3rd party solutionsTrapets for PEP and sanctions screening, ENIN for company lookups, Idura for eID.

See it on a workflow like yours.

We'll take a case from the first meeting to the signed document, and go through how your own rules, segments and systems would fit.
